(A)
Pendula Roy Mackay, an attractive pink and white picotee with large
flowers that has really excelled itself this year.
(B) Pink Cascade another that
seems to bloom non stop but doesn't hang over the basket as well as that
other attractive pink Lou-Ann.
(C) My
own pink picotee seedling that I have grown for a number of years now,
it is very vigorous and always puts on a good show.
(D) Another shot of Roy
Mackay, tuber very kindly given to me by Dave Staines
(E)
Million Kisses Amour, a new one I am trying this year seen here in a
mixed widow box. It has dark foliage with bright red flowers and so far
seems quite promising.
(F) A
pot of Million Kisses Devotion, this bright red just blooms non stop and
it has been in constant bloom since June.
(G) The
ever popular Le Flamboyant, this variety never ceases to impress and it
is so versatile, you can put it in a window box, basket or tub or use it
for mixed planting.
(H) A
bed of Non Stop Mocca Pink a really eye catching variety with neon pink
blooms against dark foliage. This variety which I bought as small plugs
from Gardening Direct has really felt at home in the wet July we
experienced. One that I definitely want to try again.
Not pictured but also grown are
Fire Dance, Isabella and Scarlet Pimpernel which are in the green house
at present.
